Either way, we've created a guided selection process that makes building your new home exciting without making it overwhelming.
Step 3: Building
After your new home is started we keep up to date with the build process. With our technology package you can get pictures, messages to keep informed through out the build process, from foundation to finish.
Step 4: Home Orientation & Inspection
Prior to closing, walk through your new home with our team. Learn how to operate and maintain your home's equipment, including HVAC systems, appliances, to ensure optimal performance and longevity. Access a comprehensive set of homeowner resources and manuals to assist you in caring for your new home. From maintenance schedules to troubleshooting guides, we provide the support you need to enjoy your home to the fullest.
Step 5: Final Inspection & Closing
Right before closing, multiple members of our team walk through inspect your home. This ensures that every aspect of your home meets our high standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship. With the inspection complete and all necessary approvals obtained, we facilitate a seamless closing process. Receive the keys to your new home and embark on the next chapter of your life with confidence and excitement.
